If you’re writing about an existing order, include your order number and — if something arrived wrong or damaged — a clear photo of the item. That usually lets us resolve it in one reply instead of three.

- Something arrived damaged or misprinted. See our refund policy — we replace it free within 30 days and you don’t send anything back.
- What size should I order? Every product page has a size guide with real measurements for that specific garment. If you’re between sizes, email us before you order.
